I am a South Dakota girl. As they say you can take the girl out of SD but you can’t take the SD out of the girl. I love tater tots. It is in my blood as a Midwesterner to want them at every turn, including on top of food, aka Hot Dish.
I am getting away from the point. While creating dishes to serve at your Super Bowl party, I knew that nachos had to be included. I was trying to think of a unique spin when it hit me. Totchos.
You can add anything to them that you like, just like nachos. Be creative. Have fun. They are, after all, Napoleon Dynamites favorite food too.
Bon Appetite!
